Program Managers own the week-to-week operations of a cohort: scheduling, family communication, Lead Mentor supervision, data and progress tracking, and partnership with schools.

Best fit: educators, social workers, coaches, or operators (25+) with experience supporting adolescents and managing teams. One Program Manager per cohort.

Cohort operations, weekly Lead Mentor sync, family touchpoints.
