Lead Mentor Application
Lead Mentors supervise a pod of 3–4 mentors. You'll coach mentors through their 1-on-1s, run weekly mentor huddles, escalate concerns to staff, and protect the culture of the cohort.
Best fit: returning mentors, or seniors with proven leadership and a documented executive functioning system of their own. Cohort caps at 4 Lead Mentors.
Commitment
6 hours / week
Pod supervision, mentor coaching, and staff sync.
Compensation
Q2–Q4 paid
Q1 is unpaid leadership training. Stipend begins in Q2.
