Freshman Academy
A four-hour-per-week program building advocacy, time management, prioritization, presentation skills, and confidence — all through weekly workshops and a dedicated upperclassman mentor. Capped at 12 students.

Adult professional with mentoring + supervisory experience
Mentor Supervisor
Oversee Lead Mentors, hold weekly coaching conversations, observe cohort sessions, and protect the standard of care our freshmen receive. Paid, ~6–8 hours per week.
