Refund & Cancellation Policy
Registration fee
The $250 registration fee is a non-refundable enrollment deposit. It secures your student's seat in the cohort after acceptance and is applied before monthly tuition begins. This fee is not refundable under any circumstance, including withdrawal before the program start date.
Monthly tuition
Monthly tuition is billed on the same date each month based on your enrollment date. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing immediately; your student retains full access through the end of the current paid billing cycle. No partial-month refunds are issued.
Cancellation timeline
Tuition payments are eligible for a full refund when cancelled within 14 days of the payment date. After 14 days, the current billing cycle is non-refundable, but future billing stops immediately upon cancellation.
Rescheduling
Accepted students who are unable to begin with their assigned cohort may defer enrollment to the following year's cohort one time. Deferral requests must be made in writing at least 30 days before the program start date. The $250 registration fee transfers with the deferral; no additional deposit is required.
How to cancel
To cancel, contact us by email at least 5 business days before your next billing date. We will confirm your cancellation and the final access date.
Financial assistance
Need-based scholarships and flexible payment arrangements are available. Reach out before enrolling to discuss options. Financial aid decisions do not affect the non-refundable status of the registration fee.
